Why Good Problem Ventures exists
I have always been more interested in doing something about a problem than simply pointing it out.
Good Problem Ventures brings together the products and businesses I have created across recruitment, health, consumer technology and everyday life. They operate in different markets, but the method behind them is consistent. Each began with a problem I understood, followed by the work required to turn an idea into something people could actually use.
Some are further ahead than others. Some may become independent companies, some may grow through partnerships and others may ultimately be sold. The purpose of Good Problem Ventures is to give each one a clear home and the best possible route forward.

Stephen McGrath
Stephen is a product builder and recruitment technology specialist based in Glasgow. He has spent 15 years working in recruitment and recruitment technology, alongside building products across talent acquisition, health and consumer technology.
He has taken multiple ideas from initial concept to working product, secured early users, customers, partnerships and investment, and built Good Problem Ventures to develop those opportunities more deliberately.

Every venture presented here was identified, created and built by Stephen McGrath. Nine are wholly owned and developed through Good Problem Ventures. lunaMIND was also founded and built by Stephen and operates through a separate company with existing investors, so it is presented as an associated venture.
